The structure and content of gluten, especially influenced by gradual acidification level, change the quality of the final product. It is a novel approach to obtain an alkali-free CNSB with excellent quality by moderate gluten adjustment. As a derivative material of graphene, graphene oxide films hold great promise in thermal management devices. Based on the theory of Fourier formula, we deduce the analytical formula of the thermal conductivity of graphene oxide films. The interlaminar thermal property of graphene oxide films is studied using molecular dynamics simulation. The effect of vacancy defect on the thermal conductance of the interface is considered. The interfacial heat transfer efficiency of graphene oxide films strengthens with the increasing ratio of the vacancy defect. Based on the theoretical model and simulation results, we put forward an optimization model of the graphene oxide film. The optimal structure has the minimum overlap length and the maximum thermal conductivity. An estimated optimal overlap length for the GO (graphene-oxide) films with degree of oxidation 10% and density of vacancy defect 2% is 0.33 μm. Our results can provide effective guidance to the rationally designed defective microstructures on engineering thermal transport processes.Local patch-based methods of object detection and pose estimation are promising. However, to the best of the authors' knowledge, traditional red-green-blue and depth (RGB-D) patches contain scene interference (foreground occlusion and background clutter) and have little rotation invariance. To solve these problems, a new edge patch is proposed and experimented with in this study. The edge patch is a local sampling RGB-D patch centered at the edge pixel of the depth image. According to the normal direction of the depth edge, the edge patch is sampled along a canonical orientation, making it rotation invariant. Through a process of depth detection, scene interference is eliminated from the edge patch, which improves the robustness. The framework of the edge patch-based method is described, and the method was evaluated on three public datasets. Compared with existing methods, the proposed method achieved a higher average F1-score (0.956) on the Tejani dataset and a better average detection rate (62%) on the Occlusion dataset, even in situations of serious scene interference. These results showed that the proposed method has higher detection accuracy and stronger robustness. The cooling of electronic elements is one of the most important problems in the development of architecture in electronic technology. One promising developing cooling method is heat sinks based on the phase change materials (PCMs) enhanced by nano-sized solid particles. In this paper, the influence of the PCM's physical properties and the concentration of nanoparticles on heat and mass transfer inside a closed radiator with fins, in the presence of a source of constant volumetric heat generation, is analyzed. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/jnk-inhibitor-viii.html The conjugate problem of nano-enhanced phase change materials (NePCMs) melting is considered, taking into account natural convection in the melt under the impact of the external convective cooling. A two-dimensional problem is formulated in the non-primitive variables, such as stream function and vorticity. A single-phase nano-liquid model is employed to describe the transport within NePCMs.The effects of the package materials on the hot workability and stress-strain characteristics of high-Nb TiAl alloy with a nominal composition of Ti-46Al-8Nb (in at.%) were systematically studied via "sandwich structure" hot compression. TiAl sheet fabrication was conducted by hot pack rolling, and the microstructural characteristics and deformation mechanisms were investigated. Based on the analysis of compressed samples and stress-strain curves, the stainless steel/TiAl structure showed better deformation compatibility with homogeneous deformation and decreasing resistance. However, severe interfacial reactions were inevitable. Meanwhile, for the titanium alloy/TiAl structure, few interfacial reactions happened, but wavy deformation and high resistance complicated the compression process. Finally, a package structure with an outer stainless steel isolation layer and inner titanium alloy was determined for the pack rolling process. A TiAl sheet with no crack defects was obtained with 80% reduction. The pack-rolled TiAl sheet took on alternate microstructure of the grain-boundary Al-enriched ribbons and elongated lamellar colonies ribbons. The grain-boundary recrystallized α2 phase, lumpy γ phase, and massive α2/γ lamellae could be observed, which led to the scatter microstructure. The microstructural characteristics mainly resulted from the solute segregations of as-cast Ti-46Al-8Nb alloys, which triggered the local flow softening and deformation incompatibility during hot pack rolling.Fisetin (3,3',4',7-tetrahydroxyflavone) is a widely distributed natural flavonol. It interacts with albumin, and thereby generates a fluorescence signal quantitatively. Based on such optical characteristics, we postulated that fisetin was applicable to the quantitation of albumin as an indicator. To establish the fisetin-based albumin assay, we examined the optical properties of fisetin and fisetin-albumin complex. The assay conditions were fine-tuned to fit for the actual concentration of serum albumin and to generate an optimal signal with a high signal-to-background ratio. The reaction between fisetin and albumin was linear in a wide range of concentrations. Non-protein serum components did not interfere with the reaction. The reactivity of fisetin was apparently specific for albumin among serum proteins. Both plasma and serum were compatible with the assay. The samples could be stored in a refrigerator or a freezer without the loss of reactivity toward fisetin. The generation and decay rates of the signal were acceptable for manual handling. The recovery of fortified albumin in serum was confirmed and the assay was validated with human sera. Fisetin-based albumin assay is suitable for clinical laboratory testing, considering the simple and short procedure, high specificity and sensitivity, linearity over a wide range of albumin concentrations, and, presumably, potential automatability.
